Alexander Kuzan takes over AGP-Europe as part of a broader management reshuffle before CEO Mike Dick retires at month-end.

Ardagh Glass Packaging (AGP) has named Alexander Kuzan as CEO of its Europe division, effective immediately. The move is part of a leadership overhaul ahead of current CEO Mike Dick’s retirement at the end of June. Kuzan, formerly vice-president at Novelis, will report to Ardagh Group executive chairman Mark Porto alongside other regional heads.

The restructuring also promotes Timur Colak to chief commercial officer while retaining his chief transformation officer role. Colak will implement a new global sales strategy described as “more structured, value-based.” The changes follow AGP-North America’s recent launch of a 275ml drinks bottle in collaboration with Fitz’s Bottling Company.

Kuzan expressed enthusiasm for joining AGP during a “transformational time,” citing the company’s focus on innovation and customer service. The new leadership team will oversee regional operations across North America, Europe, and Africa.
