The apparel manufacturer reported a 15% year-on-year revenue increase, driven by operational efficiency and favorable exchange rates.
Delta Galil posted a 15% year-on-year rise in consolidated sales to $573m for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, up from $498.7 million in the same period last year. The growth was led by strong performance in the US market and improved operational efficiency.
Gross profit increased 18% to $238.8m, with gross margin expanding to 41.7% from 40.6% in Q1 2025. EBIT, excluding non-core items, reached a record $36.6m, compared to $32.7m the previous year, though higher logistics and administrative costs partially offset gains.
Net income excluding non-core items remained flat at $17.6m, while diluted earnings per share rose slightly to $0.63 from $0.62. The company attributed the results to brand strength and execution in a dynamic market environment.
