UEC becomes the only U.S. uranium firm operating two ISR production networks after Burke Hollow commences output.
Uranium Energy Corp. (UEC) began production at Burke Hollow, the first new U.S. in-situ recovery uranium mine in over a decade, on April 8, 2026. The Hobson Central Processing Plant, approved for 4 million pounds annually, now receives uranium-bearing material from the site.
UEC holds licenses to produce up to 12 million pounds of uranium annually across its projects, the largest resource base in the U.S. The company plans to launch another ISR project, Ludeman, in 2027. TD Securities noted slower progress at Christensen Ranch but highlighted regulatory approvals easing concerns.
Analysts at TD Securities and Roth Capital reiterated bullish ratings on UEC following the Q2 fiscal 2026 results, citing a 16.1% upside potential.
