The Nasdaq-listed firm commits $3 million each to Nof1 and Recursive Superintelligence to expand AI-driven trading capabilities.

SUI Group (NASDAQ: $SUIG) has allocated $6 million to two AI-focused firms as part of its treasury strategy to enhance automated trading infrastructure. The company co-led a $15 million funding round for Nof1, an AI research lab developing models for financial markets, and invested $3 million in Recursive Superintelligence’s $650 million round, which valued the firm at over $4 billion.

Both investments were made alongside Karatage Opportunities, a London-based hedge fund with a 5.63% stake in SUI Group. Karatage’s co-founders serve as SUI Group’s chairman and chief investment officer, though the deals were approved by independent board members. The moves signal SUI Group’s push into agentic finance, leveraging AI for trading and foundational capabilities.

Nof1’s Alpha Arena experiment tests whether frontier AI models can execute real-market trades, while Recursive focuses on broader AI infrastructure. The investments align with SUI Group’s broader strategy to integrate AI into its treasury operations.
