Vita Coco raised its full-year outlook after reporting 37% year-over-year sales growth in the first quarter. The company cited robust coconut water demand and increased consumer interest in functional hydration as key drivers.

Management expects the coconut water category to grow about 20% this year, outpacing a sluggish broader beverage market. Walmart’s expanded shelf placement contributed to growth, with further gains anticipated as the rollout reaches more stores.

International expansion, convenience store distribution, and product innovation, including the Treats line, also supported performance. The company remains focused on growth and holds no debt with significant cash reserves.
