Micware Co., Ltd., a prominent Japanese developer of automotive software and IT solutions, has officially priced its upsized initial public offering (IPO).

The company announced the pricing of 2,850,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at US$8.00 per share

Each share in this offering represents one ordinary share of the company. Approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market, the shares are scheduled to begin trading on May 14, 2026, under the ticker symbol “MWC.” Micware anticipates generating total gross proceeds of US$22.8 million from this move. The offering is expected to be finalized by May 15, 2026, provided that standard closing conditions are met.

Funding for future mobility Micware intends to use the new capital to fuel several high-tech initiatives. A primary focus is the Dynamic Street Map & Market Place (DSMM) project, alongside the expansion of its own in-vehicle infotainment platform known as micAuto-PF. Additionally, the company plans to make strategic investments in its “Software Defined Vehicles” and location-based services segments.
