Evolution Petroleum expects 23 wells to begin production at its TexMex asset in fiscal Q4, contributing an additional 100 net barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOE/d). The increase follows a challenging Q3 marked by regional gas pricing dislocations and a $1.2 million one-time transportation adjustment at Delhi.

The company faced weather-related production disruptions and weaker natural gas prices in the Barnett and Jonah regions during the quarter. Prior-period adjustments and operational setbacks weighed on performance, contrasting with stronger results in fiscal Q2.

Management did not specify immediate market reactions but highlighted operational progress as a key driver for near-term output growth.
