The cloud-based accounting tool MyWorkpapers will now operate under Bright Software’s global brand following its 2024 acquisition.
Bright Software Group has rebranded its Australian cloud-based workpapers platform, formerly MyWorkpapers, as BrightWorkpapers. The change is effective immediately and aligns the product with Bright’s global brand update following its 2024 acquisition of MyWorkpapers.
The rebrand does not alter the product’s functionality, development team, or customer experience, according to the company. BrightWorkpapers remains the same platform used by Australian accounting and audit practices, supported by the existing team. The move is part of a broader strategy to unify Bright’s software offerings under a single brand.
Bright Software, which has operated in the accounting and payroll sector for over 20 years, also offers products like BrightPay and BrightTax in the UK and Ireland. The company plans to introduce additional Bright-branded products to the Australian market.
