Sharplink allocates $100 million from staked ETH treasury and Galaxy contributes $25 million for DeFi yield strategies.
Galaxy Digital will manage a new $125 million onchain yield fund for Sharplink, combining $100 million from Sharplink’s staked ETH treasury and $25 million from Galaxy. The fund aims to deploy capital across DeFi liquidity protocols and yield strategies while preserving Sharplink’s core ETH exposure.
Sharplink holds 872,984 ETH and has generated 18,800 ETH in staking rewards since launching its ether treasury strategy in June 2025. The allocation follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding, with deployment expected in the coming weeks.
The partnership targets enhanced yield generation through active DeFi strategies, reflecting growing institutional interest in onchain yield opportunities.
