Northland and Jefferies raise MTSI targets to $375 and $450 respectively following better-than-expected fiscal Q2 results and Q3 outlook.
Northland analyst Tim Savageaux increased MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings’ (NASDAQ:MTSI) price target to $375 from $300, maintaining an Outperform rating after the company reported a “solidly better” fiscal Q2 and “step function upside” in Q3 guidance. Jefferies also raised its target to $450 from $295, citing a “breakout quarter” and continued upside in Data Center, Industrial, and Defense segments.
MTSI reported fiscal Q2 adjusted EPS of $1.09, beating the $1.07 consensus, while revenue reached $288.96M, above the $284.59M estimate. CEO Stephen Daly highlighted strong first-half performance and expectations for revenue growth and profitability in the second half of the fiscal year.
The upgrades follow bullish sentiment around MTSI’s exposure to defense budget expansions and low-earth orbit satellite deployments in FY27, per Jefferies. Northland’s revision reflects confidence in sustained momentum after the quarterly beat.
