The digital health firm reported $182 million in Q1 revenue, up 47% year-over-year, and lifted full-year outlook amid strong margins.
Hinge Health reported first-quarter revenue of $182 million, a 47% increase from $124 million a year earlier, exceeding its guidance range of $171 million to $173 million. The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook, citing stronger member engagement and operating leverage from AI and automation.
Gross margins expanded to 85%, while non-GAAP operating income reached $46 million and free cash flow hit $42 million. Last-12-months billings rose 52% year-over-year to $770 million. Management attributed the gains to automation, which now handles over 95% of clinician hours tied to traditional physical therapy.
Hinge Health is expanding beyond musculoskeletal care with its new Migraine Care program, though management expects minimal revenue contribution in 2026. More meaningful impact is anticipated in 2027.
