KeyBanc reiterated an Underweight rating on ServiceNow (NOW) with an $85 price target after the company’s Financial Analyst Day. ServiceNow outlined a 2030 goal of $30 billion in subscription revenue, implying a 17.5% compound annual growth rate from 2027 to 2030 based on 2026 guidance midpoints.

The company also targets a “rule of 60” benchmark by 2030, combining revenue growth and profit margins. Analysts remain divided, with 90% of 49 ratings as Buy and an average $140 target, a 52% upside from the current $92.01.

ServiceNow expanded its AI partnership with NVIDIA, introducing Project Arc, an autonomous desktop agent governed by its AI Control Tower. The collaboration extends AI governance from desktops to data centers.
