Amadeus IT Group reported Q1 revenue of €1.68 billion, a 3.1% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBIT reached €500.0 million, rising 6.6% at constant currency, driven by higher transaction volumes and cost efficiencies.
The company’s free cash flow grew 4.5% to €273.6 million, while net financial debt stood at €2,586.0 million as of March 31, 2026. Revenue growth was supported by strong performance in travel distribution and IT solutions segments.
Shares showed muted reaction in early trading as investors digested the results against market expectations.
