Kraft Heinz posted first-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $0.73, exceeding analysts’ estimates of $0.68. Revenue reached $6.4 billion, in line with expectations, as price increases offset volume declines in key markets.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 targets, including mid-single-digit organic net sales growth and adjusted EBITDA margins of 24-26%. Last year’s Q1 adjusted EPS stood at $0.66, with revenue of $6.5 billion.

Shares edged higher in premarket trading following the announcement, reflecting investor relief over the earnings beat and steady guidance.
